Lara Mangravite

Lara Mangravite, PhD, is the Executive Director at Digitalis Commons.

Lara has focused her career on the use of data and technologies to advance health research. President of Sage Bionetworks, a nonprofit organization that built public-good technologies and data services to support information and data flow across public and private sector health research programs. She has also served as VP of Data Strategy and Partnerships at HI-Bio, a clinical-stage biotech company, and as a Board Director for the Center for Open Science. Dr. Mangravite trained in Physics at the Pennsylvania State University (BS), in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of California, San Francisco (PhD), and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in cardiovascular pharmacogenomics at the Children’s Hospital Oakland Research Institute.
