Rut Peña Velasco

Rut is a Commercialization Lead at Digitalis Commons.

Prior to Digitalis, as a Staff Engineer at the Wyss Institute at Harvard University, she worked on innovative technologies for healthcare applications such as surgical robotics, connected sensing for medical tools, and neurostimulation implantable devices. Recently, she worked as Product Manager at Miraki Innovation, across the firm’s portfolio companies in the areas of medical robotics, aesthetic medicine, and infectious disease treatment.

She holds a BSc and MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
